Our ‘d’Vine Nine’ Private Tours
A trip through the Swan Valley is never going to be a dull day. With so much to see, sip and sing praises about – how do you decide which is the best Swan Valley wine tour for you?
We do A LOT of private tours and so we thought we’d put together a list of tours that have worked the best for our guests. So, if you’re looking to do a private or corporate tour, and a little stuck on what sort of day to have – here is a list of our top NINE tours that are sure to get you salivating!

Perfect for those who really enjoy their wines – and appreciate a good meal & quality chocolate also. It is a classic full day tour of the Swan Valley and showcases some of the valleys best vinos!
Itinerary for the day:
- 4.15pm: Leave for drop off
- 10:15am Pick Up: Location of your choice
- 11:00am: Nikola Estate for premium wine tastings
- 12:00pm: Mandoon Estate for premium wine tastings followed by a delicious one-course set menu lunch in their Homestead Brewery – A drink will be included here with your meal!
- 2:00pm: Sandalford Winery for premium wine tastings
- 3:00pm: Lancaster Wines for premium wine tastings with a gourmet cheese board.
- 3:50pm: Margaret River Chocolate Co, Providore and Coward & Black Wine Makers for delicious chocolate samples and fine food tastings.
This is one of our personal favourites! It is similar to our popular Half Day Tour. We love this tour, as it’s a great way to see a little bit of the valley without taking up a full day to do so.
Itinerary for the day:

- 1:45pm: Lancaster Wines for premium wine tastings and a delicious cheese board

- 3:30pm: Ugly Duckling for premium wine tastings
- 4:30pm: Duckstein Brewery for a regular beer, cider or wine (one each included) and hot chips to share
Here you have it girls – the ideal ladies day out in the Swan Valley. Perfect for Hen’s days and bridal showers, birthdays and other celebrations, or just an excuse to get together and have a good old chin wag!

- 11.00am: Mandoon Estate for premium wine tastings with housemade sourdough & marinated olives
- 12:00pm: Sandalford Winery for premium wine tastings
- 1.00pm: Lavender Bistro for a delightful High Tea, with a glass of sparkling & tea/coffee included *
- 2.45pm: Margaret River Chocolate Co and Providore for decadent chocolate samples and fine food tastings – a chocolate truffle of your choice will be included here
- 3:30pm: Leave for drop off
* To reduce the cost we can instead include a lovely boutique winery for wine tastings, a gourmet platter style lunch and a drink of your choice.
Attention all NON-wine lovers!! Although the Swan Valley is known for their amazing wineries, it is also home to some pretty awesome breweries and some pretty awesome distilleries! This itinerary is ideal for those who want to skip the ‘grape juice’.
Itinerary for the day:
- 11:30am Pick Up: Location of your choice
- 12:15pm: Head straight into a delicious lunch at Duckstein Brewery!! We’ll include a regular beer, cider or wine with your meal*
- 2:00pm: Txoko Brewery for a schooner of beer or cider
- 3:00pm: Sin Gin Distillery for amazing gin tastings!
- 4:00pm: Valley Social for a beer tasting, a drink each & hot chips to share
- 4:45pm: Leave for drop off
*We love Duckstein Modern German cuisine! Please enquire with us to find out more about what’s included. If you want to change the lunch venue to another brewery, we recommend Txoko Brewery OR Homestead Brewery!
What’s your poison?? Can’t decide?! Why not try it all! This tour is great for those of you who aren’t fussed on just one thing and like to try a bit of everything!
Itinerary for the day:
- 10:30am Pick Up: Location of your choice
- 11:15am: Lancaster Wines for premium wine tastings with a gourmet cheese board to share
- 12:15pm: Tyler’s Vineyard OR Mandoon Estate for premium wine tastings (for an extra $4pp we can include Sandalford Winery instead)
- 1:15pm: Txoko Brewery for a delicious one-course set menu lunch with a regular beer, cider, a glass wine, or soda with your meal!
- 3:00pm: Old Young Distillery for premium gin & vodka tastings
- 4:00pm: Funk Brewshed for one of their famous large ciders, beers, a glass of wine, cold-pressed juice or soda!
- 4:45pm: Leave for drop off
*If you have a higher budget, ask us about the option to include Funk Brewshed’s delicious long table lunch instead!
This tour is great for those who would like to order whatever they want from wherever they like for lunch! We’ll organise the whole day for you, however you can choose where in the valley you’d like to go to chow down – It’s perfect for groups where one member may want to order a salad and another orders a steak!

- 10:45am: Windy Creek Estate for premium wine tastings, cheese & crackers and homemade relishes
- 11:45am: Mandoon Estate for premium wine tastings
- 12:30pm: Lunch at wherever you’d like! Fancy or casual? Winery or Brewery??
- 2:30pm: Margaret River Chocolate Co, Providore and Coward & Black Winemakers for decadent chocolate samples and fine food tastings
- 3:15pm: A regular beer, wine or cider at Duckstein Brewery (One drink included)

*The timing structure for this type of itinerary will change depending on where you’d like to go for lunch.

Now, although the Swan Valley is renowned for it’s amazingly good wine and boutique brews, there is so much more that this region has to offer! We’ve done our research (tough gig) and have fallen in love with the delicious and impressive produce that’s right on Perth’s doorstep. We’ve designed a tour that is perfect for those foodie lovers, non-drinkers or those who just like to try a bit of everything!

- 12:00pm: Mandoon Estate for a delicious one-course lunch in their Homestead Brewery – A drink will be included with your meal! For an extra $8pp we can include premium wine tastings prior in their cellar door.
- 1:45pm: Mondo Nougat and Morish Nuts for gourmet tastings
- 2:30pm: Maison St Honore for a macaron of your choice! Maison St Honore have Perth’s BEST macarons and we recommend getting an afternoon coffee or tea here also. 1 x Macaron each included here.
- 3:30pm: Margaret River Chocolate Factory and Providore for decadent chocolate to enjoy as well as fine food and liqueur tastings.
- 4:00pm: Leave for drop off

**Maximum number of guests for Bickley Valley tours is usually 20 guests, however some venues can accommodate larger numbers so please enquire if you have a group larger than 20 people to discuss itinerary options.
- Theses tours are for private tours only.
- The cost per person is an all-inclusive price and is based on a minimum of 15 passengers for these tours.
- We can accommodate for smaller size groups so please do enquire with us.
- We take a minimum of 10 guests for private tours on Saturdays. All other days we can accommodate smaller groups.
- Please be aware that these costs may vary depending on your pick up location – Transfer fees may incur for certain areas in Perth.
- All venues are subject to availability.
- Sunday surcharges do apply as well as Public Holiday surcharges.
