Well.. the silly season seems to be done and dusted however Summer is a time to celebrate and continue the festive cheer! What better way to do this than popping the old Sparkling Vino?? We’ve put together a list for you to make like just a little bit easier –

Here’s some of our go-tos:

Jane Brook Estate – Sparkling Rosé Traditional Method – This delicious drop made from Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon is the perfect lunchtime or afternoon bubbles. Hints of cranberries and a nice balanced sweetness, it pairs beautifully with roast meats and tapas! Or just pop a straw in it and you’re all set.

Lancaster Wines Sparkling Chenin, Sauvignon Blanc, Muscat Traditional Method – This bad boy is your afternoon POP whilst soaking up the sunshine, with or without friends. Refreshing, light, crisp and neither dry or sweet – it’s great with or without food.

Olive Farm Wines Sparkling Rouge Traditional Method – All hail the Sparkling Red King! The always delectable stunner is made from 100% Shiraz grapes and exhibits notes of plum and your darker berries. It goes beautiful with your stronger meats so this bubbles is your dinner date – skip the red wine on those balmy summer nights and go for this!

Mandoon Estate 2018 Vintage Sparkling Traditional Method – This zesty number is made from 100% estate grown Semillion and presents all those lovely citrus characteristics in a dazzling way – lemon curd, lime tart, orange marmalade – topped on some toasted brioche! You’ve guessed it – Breakfast sip sorted! Pairs beautifully with your fish & chips on the beach also 😉

All of these Sparkling Wines are around the $30 per bottle mark which is very reasonable for well made Sparkling Wines. If you are on a Perth or Swan Valley wine tour with d’Vine you do receive discounts at some of these venues #winning
